Journeytomom.com is sure you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know and we will be happy to return or exchange your purchase. 

Merchandise must be returned in new condition with the tags/packaging intact within 14 days of receipt.  If you need additional time to return your item please do not hesitate to contact us.  Please provide us with your order number, name, item (s) you wish to return, and the reason you want to returnt hem.  You will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RAC). Please clearly mark this number on the outside of the package.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Certain items are considered FINAL SALE (non refundable/ non exchangable). These are custom made jewelry, personalized T-shirts and bloomers, furniture with handpainted names, monogrammed items, dated items, and all other applicable items. Nursing bras, swimwear that has been taken out of the packaging, and nursing tanks are also non refundable/non exchangable.  There will be no exception unless the item is defective.
